Because nothing is actually in season right now, I took a galette out for a spin using frozen saskatoons -I’m teaching two back to back pie classes I’m this Saturday at the Cookbook Company (sorry, they’re sold out!) and I’m thinking the next kitchen party needs to be all about pie. Looks like it’ll happen the last week of March!

  8. I was lucky enough to be at the pie event. It was a Christmas present and I attended with my daughter Stefanie. Highly recommended and Julie is just fantastic.

  9. I just made my first ever pie 🥧 last week by myself crust and everything… I did not know it was pie month so I will have to make more! Don’t think I can use the rest of the frozen Logan berries though. My father may kill me… or what he doesn’t know won’t hurt him 😈
