  • I watched your tutorial and I’m intrigued because I’ve been taught to never whisk canele batter and they should not puff up- it’s interesting to see two different extremes of making a recipe, yet a seemingly similar result #alwayslearning

  • We bake hundreds of cannéles in our chocolaterie and have figured out that using a food processor improves the texture. We also use beeswax to line the Copper molds👩‍🍳❤️
