  • Zoe, it looks amazing.. I have made them 4 years ago with using Martha Stewart recipe. I used de Buyer silicon mold but it turned out OK. I definitely will make again and use bees wax next time.

  • I can. not. wait. to make these! Ordered the copper moulds on Etsy from France! The price was about half of Mauviel’s… though I know Mauviel is top notch. I’ll see how the ones from Etsy turn out! 🤞🏻

  • @zoebakes I read the comments on the Food52 blog post and sounds like folks with the copper moulds overcooked theirs. I’m going to make these later in the week (making the batter this evening). Do you mind me asking what oven temps and times you used? I too will use some copper moulds! Looks like your turned out amazingly!
