  • @cohnadam my babka recipe has 16 egg yolks in the dough (that’s down from the original 32, which seemed excessive), otherwise identical to this. Maybe raisins if my grandmother has a say!

  • @mdrnvintagenest I rolled 1 1/2# brioche 1/16-inch thick and spread 3/4cups ganache over it. Roll tight, place in generously buttered 8-inch cake pan, rest 2 hours, bake 350, about 45 minutes. Until set in middle.
