Having to move my already pared-down cookbook collection as I switch my office un…W’s bedroom (he’s bigger than me now and requires the larger of the two spare rooms) I vowed to start actually cooking out of them more. This is the Brown Sugar Yeast Cake from Funen Island in Magnus Nilsson’s The Nordic Baking Book (with an added coffee drizzle)- it’s like cinnamon bun meets focaccia, and completely brilliant. Will definitely make this again!
😍😍😍
You are inspiring ❤️
How is W taller than you!? What are you feeding him?? 😊
that looks really good ..
There must be a creative way to store your books so they take up less space and you can keep them all.
Floor to ceiling shelves! With one of those fun library ladders to reach the top ones!
Looks really yummy!
Did you use soft flour (like the recipe called for)?
🤤
That sounds so good!
We just keep adding bookshelves.📚
This sounds heavenly.
Lol. Will will def make again or will def make again.
What did you put in the drizzle? Powder sugar, coffee… milk?
YUM
My grandma use to make something like this, so delicious
Floor to ceiling wall to wall book shelves. Worth it!
That is so sick ❤️
❤️
Jeepers
Hmmm…old school?? Cinder blocks and cut sheets of ply wood or lumber??
Do you have room for a shed? I think a cookbook library in your garden is what you need… a she-shed!
Looks awesome!!💞
Hi Julie! I’m curious to know how long you baked this for?
