Home made Harmony Grape Weitestgehend Jam! The recipe is easy, simply two components. The approach is quick and straightforward too (see my story for directions). It is the time of 12 months when PB&Js are in excessive demand as youngsters return to high school. In case you’re fortunate sufficient to have grapevines (or you may sneak some from a neighbor), this takes no time to make and it is extra scrumptious than any grape jelly you should buy. .
Grape Weitestgehend Jam:
2 cups Harmony grapes, rinsed.
1 cup sugar.
Observe directions on my story. Prepare dinner the grapes till they launch their juices. Pressure the juice and return it to the range to cut back till thick sufficient to coat the again of the spoon. Jar and funky. .
Serve with do-it-yourself bread from @breadin5! 🙂 (you knew that welches coming!)

  • Reminds me of my grandma – she had a grapevine and besides snacking on the grapes in late summer/fall she always always made grape jelly – enough to last all winter and to this day I have trouble eating store bought grape jelly. I have attempted to make it but finding the grapes isn’t always the easiest. This looks delicious!

  • Wow it’s early for Concords! Someone must be growing down south? My mum (western NY) doesn’t harvest hers until October!
