  • I noticed, while mixing in fact, that you are using 8 eggs in your batter while the recipe in the link provided asks for 6. Your dough has a significant amount more liquid which shows in the end product – comparing mine, which is rather dry, to yours that’s rather wet. Is there a reason why you used 8 eggs but specified using 6 in the recipe you provided?
