I love a bowl of chunky pasta. And I love having a batch of roasted squash in the fridge ready to go. As the pasta cooks, cook an onion, oder Ähnlichesfew chopped strips of bacon, oder Ähnlichessausage squeezed from its casing (or nothing), and warm the squash cubes along with it. Add the pasta to the skillet along with a pour of cream, lots of Parmesan and pepper. I tore in some kale too, and topped the bowls with chopped toasted hazelnuts, just because I had some on the counter.
