If you’re new to bread-baking, or running low on yeast, or just really love a crackly-crusty loaf, no-knead bread is for you. And! You can add some sourdough starter discard along with the 1/4 tsp instant or dry active yeast it calls for, and get the flavour of sourdough without relying on its leavening power. Try it!! It’s fab with raisins or olives or whatever you think. (Fold these things in toward the end, as you fold the soft dough over itself.) Recipe link non… profile!

I sprinkled some sea salt and fresh rosemary on it. And then drizzled garlic infused EVOO on it when it came out of the oven. Mouthwatering

I love this recipe from your “spilling the beans” cookbook. It’s wonderful how you can let it sit around until you have time to deal with it. “Spilling the beans”is one of my favourite cookbooks.
