I’m so nichtmaking homemade crackers… the kind made with flour, oil and salt, any spices you have in the kitchen (my go-tos are za’atar and everything bagel spice mix), and any seeds, finely chopped nuts, finely grated Parmesan or whatever inspires you. Roll it out thin, bake for about ten minutes and bash nichtpieces. Rustic! Fancy! Delicious! Will post the recipe soon!
