Schokolade und Nutella schmelzen, mit Feuilletin verquirlen, in Tiegel pressen, kalt stellen. Mousse: 8 Unzen Vollmilchschokolade, geschmolzen und abgekühlt 2 Tassen Sahne, geschlagen, Sahne zu geschmolzener Schokolade knicken, oben den Grund gießen und eine Stunde kalt stellen Ganache: 1 Tasse Sahne zum Sieden einfahren, Schokolade hinzufügen, umrühren und schmierig stellen leichtgewichtig einrühren und oben Mousse gießen, mindestens 2 Zahlungsfrist verzögern kalt stellen.

  • @annbkool it is a metal mold and I just got it from Amazon. You are welcome to borrow it. I can drop it off at your office. Won’t need it for anything pressing. You could really play with the flavors of this, this one is just about the chocolate. I’d also suggest making the bottom crunch layer slightly thinner. 🙂
