  1. Thanks for all the sourdough hints and tips @dinnerwithjulie ! I took a sourdough bread making class about three months ago and all the rules were pretty intimidating….. I have made bread every week since and have learned that you can be a little more creative and easygoing than the instructor let on ….. my bread is a little different each week depending on the weather and many other things but it is always delicious!!! I’m going to freeze some starter with your instructions just in case….
