  • Thank you for all the inspiration and amazing tutorials! You’ve transformed my baking! I’ve made this buttercream several times now, it has always turned out perfectly! I usually double this recipe for a 9inch cake and it turns out fantastically. This weekend I tripled this recipe for a large cake and I noticed it didn’t turn out quite the same. The buttercream seemed more soft, didn’t hold its shape nearly as well in the end. I made it all in one batch—was that a mistake? Any advise? 😊
