We’ve been making the died-and-went-to-heaven chocolate cake from Eating Well magazine for just about every occasion that calls for cake since the nineties -it’s perfect. (It’s easy to google!) It doesn’t really require frosting, but sometimes I make some anyway.

  3. Ok… @dinnerwithjulie …nailed it with this one! (And many more, of course, but REALLY with this one)!! Had the buttermilk and whipped it up in no time! So easy, so moist, and the whole fam loved it. Shockingly not too sweet despite the big sugar content with the cocoa and coffee. Whole thing was gone in no time! Gonna do it with strong Earl Grey tea next time! 🍫☕️❤️
