I use your galette Canadienne method all the time – it has become my go-to – we don’t have the berries you used in the one in your website here in the UK but I did it with cloudberries and white currents from my garden. Works well with black gooseberries, big blackberries and red currents but that needs a tonne of sugar!

  3. Rhubarb fool is my thing. Gently stew rhubarb, cool & put in fridge. When you want quick desert, whip up some cream with icing sugar & stir the rhubarb through it.
    Tart & creamy!
