I just made this – like out of the oven less than 30 min ago!! ESP? Yours is much more golden and mine leaked a tad. Perhaps I needed to cook longer?? First family get together so I made the dessert – 🙂

I use your galette Canadienne method all the time – it has become my go-to – we don’t have the berries you used in the one in your website here in the UK but I did it with cloudberries and white currents from my garden. Works well with black gooseberries, big blackberries and red currents but that needs a tonne of sugar!
Rhubarb sorbet and strawberry/rhubarb tarts over here. Yum!

Rhubarb fool is my thing. Gently stew rhubarb, cool & put in fridge. When you want quick desert, whip up some cream with icing sugar & stir the rhubarb through it.
