  1. Oh this is everything. Now my head is exploding. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼Hmmm what could you roll it in, first?

  2. I grew up with this in Finland. We only had ice cream in slabs, so this was the easiest way to do a family style dessert. Any compote from the farm worked… strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or currants.
And then once in a while freshly made waffles got thrown into the mix…!

  3. In 1988 or there abouts Alpha milk had a slice and serve ice cream to celebrate the pandas at the Calgary Zoo. Once you sliced it you could see the pandas face.

  4. At camp when I was a camper, we use to get waffles and then a box of Chapman’s ice cream. The ice cream would be sliced in slabs that we would place on the waffle with another waffle on top. Reminds me of the ice cream waffle sandwiches from the EX. So good

  5. Vienetta ice cream log was a standard when I visited relatives in the former East Block (circa 1994). Best thing since sliced bread: sliced ice cream.

  6. What do you mean slice and serve? It’s one serving no? 😋😝
